Typically, this is a symptom of something wrong with the modem or the internet service. Steps that can be taken: 1. Reboot Modem and/or Router. 2. Call your internet service provider to ensure there is no outage in your area.

Racks can be very intimidating as there is so much equipment and knowing what button to press can be confusing. Most Kraus racks feature a smart power conditioner installed at the top. See the video below for an example of the button to press. Typically, pressing and holding the power button will commence the shutdown sequence.
